Creekstone Campground Site #22 - Pigeon Forge, TN

DAY III

The neighbors were up early, cranking, pulling and cramming... literally. Our plans for the day was to walk to a little pancake house for breakfast and then lounge around the rest of the day. On our way out the door, the lady next door was actually up on top of the pop up trying to push one of the corners down. It was a sight to see.

FriendsAfter eating, we saw our neighbors in the parking lot of an adjoining motel fighting with the hitch! Don't have an idea of how they got the camper off the site and to that parking lot. The camper was barely resting on the hitch. With my limited knowledge, i offered to help. It was very difficult to get the hitch over the ball and at one point this lady was actually standing, bouncing on the hitch. I still don't know what i did, but i was able to help these folks get their camper hitched up. The were very grateful. I don't think they had ever been camping before and probably will not go again. Their camper was chocked with rocks from the campground and leveled with pieces of firewood. What a sight!

The rest of the day was pretty uneventful. Shot some basketball, rode bikes with my sore tail and watched male ducks bite the female ducks on the neck.

That night i built a pitiful fire and gathered the family around. I told them we needed to come up with a name for our camper. Something besides "Our Little RV".
